Senior Capstone Service Learning Project

This Service Learning Capstone Project was completed as part of my undergraduate coursework at California State University, Long Beach. Working as part of a team of five students, we developed a strategic communications campaign for Urban Community Outreach to help increase volunteer and donor engagement. Through research, community feedback, and targeted messaging, we created recommendations and marketing materials that the nonprofit was able to incorporate into its ongoing outreach efforts. This project highlights my experience in strategic communications, public relations, campaign development, and collaborative problem-solving while demonstrating the impact thoughtful communication can have on community organizations.
